1.Providing support to Internal
Teams and External Commercial Account.
2.Handle emails / tickets regarding
technical issues for internal teams
3.Perform Problem Cause Analysis.
4.Resolve technical problems.
5.Ability to identify common issue
patterns & suggest process improvements.
6.Monitoring server’s health and
web application status.
7.Coordinate with Internal teams
and Customer care team for issue status and resolution
8.Coordinate with 3rd party vendors
Educational Qualification : Any
graduate and post graduate
Experience : 2 - 4years
Location : Mumbai

1.Knowledge of New Relic,
Splunk/SumoLogic, Kayako, Right Now will be an added advantage
2.Comfortable working in shifts and
on weekends
3.Good communication skills
