About this opportunity
To our Public cloud Landing Zones in AWS we are looking for an on-boarding Engineer (OE). The OE is responsible for on-boarding new consumer to the Landing Zone and provide support to new and existing consumers. The OE is expected to work with Agile methodology and practices.
What you will do
- On-board new consumers to the AWS Landing Zones according to Ericsson's cloud strategy.
- Work close with the customers to understand their needs and support
- Provide customer feedback to various Ericsson teams
- Develop/follow design guidelines, standards, and best practices
- Participate in planning (e.g. sprint) and estimate functional requirements (e.g. user story point) as per the Ericsson solution process
- Document implementation of solutions by developing relevant flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code
- Support in cloud adoption and transformation
- Share knowledge about cloud options and key public cloud offerings
- Actively participate in public cloud Communities of Practice/Interest
- Mentoring and Support onboarding of new chapter members
You will bring
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with very good experience in AWS Cloud
- Knowledge in Cloud Technologies and infrastructures such as Networking, Storage, Security, Governance and Operations
- Knowledge in infrastructure as code
- Experience in large scale cloud environments and knowledge in Landing Zones
- Experience in centralized cloud brokering
- Familiar with Agile ways of working
- Have worked with AWS cloud environments and solutions in the past
- AWS Certification on associate level
