Your future duties and responsibilities:
Hands on experience in understanding and building Microsoft Dynamics D365 business applications. Work as part of an agile team contributing to team commitments and success
• Mapping user requirements for effective Dynamics 365 technology solutions.
• Implementing and maintaining Dynamics 365 enterprise resource planning systems as needed.
• Providing support for external departments.
• Developing customizations, integrations, and extensions for Dynamics 365 applications
• Testing and debugging Dynamics 365 solutions
• Documenting and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions4
• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
• Write effective APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug.
• Write technical documentation.
• Deploy the application to all required environments.
Primary Skills:
D365 key competences (with atleast 2 years experience):
• Javascript AND C#
• XrmToolBox
• Prior experience in creating and updating web resources and plugins
• Prior experience with Dataverse Cloud Flows and Connections / Connection References
• Prior experience in D365 solution management
• Azure GitLabs
• Atlassian suite
• Azure functions
Secondary Skills:
• Working with Agile
• Write effective APIs.
• Energy sector experience
• Deploying the applications using CI/CD
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• D365CE CRM, especially Customer Service and Sales-apps (advantage)
• D365CE CRM customizations (advantage)
• MS Outlook-integration and Dynamics App for Outlook-experience. (advantage)
• XrmToolbox (can be trained)
