Project Role Description :Instrumental in keeping technology talent market relevant, by upskilling and cross skilling them. Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : • Training people on SAP ABAP / ABAP on HANA. Content development for training on SAP ABAP and related technical topics. Aid in assessments. • Full time coach in learning and Knowledge Management to drive innovation
Technical Experience : • Experience in creating core ABAP objects (RICEF), concept and usages of ABAP in creating various objects in SAP – Dictionary objects, Reports (Classical, ALV and using OO ABAP), Forms (smartforms, Adobe forms), Interfaces (ALE/IDOC, BAPI), Enhancements (Exits, Badi and enhancement framework), Conversions (BDC, Conversion, LSMW, BAPI). • Must have experience in creating SAP objects using ABAP on HANA.
Professional Attributes : • Passion to train and enable people on SAP ABAP. • Passion to learn and quickly upskill self on the new SAP technical skills. • Willing to skill up on various digital platform and tools • Design & create course content for self-paced & Instructor-led offering
Educational Qualification : • B.Tech. /B.E. / MCA / Equivalent IT Qualification
Additional Information : • Good communication, analytical and presentation skills • Prior experience in training delivery,SAP workflow, ABAP on cloud, Odata • Creative mindset and the ability to work independently
