Description

We are looking for a team lead with high energy, curiosity and good at driving way of working improvements and team’s excellence. This person will lead transactional sourcing team for IT, TMI, External Workforce and logistic categories, while drive SSC owned category improvements and better management. This person will drive a good quality transactional sourcing services to our stakeholders located in MNEA and MOAI. This position will report to Head of Sourcing Shared Services APAC, and be a member of Global SSC Operational Team.

This position is expected to drive team deliver business value and stakeholder satisfaction through efficient and effective operation with application of the Sourcing Policy, Sourcing Directive and all relevant sourcing instructions and processes. This responsibility includes identifying and influencing improvements in service operations and efficiencies.  This position need to take sourcing work in some specific projects within TS scope also in specific categories. 

You will:

Measure team’s key performance and workload, and drive team’s performance and efficiency improvement;

Be responsible for improving the team’s delivery and work quality, build up team’s competence, skills, drive an effective and efficient way of working with good cooperation internally and with stakeholders;

Align ways of working with global Service Line leader, global category leader and senior stakeholder leader and coordinators for standardization and continuous improvement;

Drive SSC owned category management improvements, lead and drive key projects and negotiations locally within TS scope;

Drive smart solutions for TS in APAC regions, including but not limited to marketplace, green flow, V-card in an efficient and compliant way;

Build up reasonable dule-competence within team for work-life balance and people’s growth;

Build up team’s knowledge and skill set, build up and maintain a good level of work instructions and drive smart way of working changes or automation;

Drive teams’ cooperation and well-being.

To be successful in this role you must have:

Bachelor degree or above;

Proficiency in English;

Qualified professional with more than 5 years sourcing experience, category management related experience locally or globally is preferred;

Positive, can-do attitude (a must have)

Global mindset and ability to drive results;

Solid knowledge and understanding of sourcing processes;

Strong communication skills and analytic skills;

Experience working on category management locally or globally;

Care about details and proofed skills of finding and driving efficiency improvement;

Good coaching and mentorship skills, leadership skills;

Good analytics skills;

Change management and continuous improvement skills.
