Job Title: Oracle Fusion Data Migration Speialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Data Migration Specialist with a strong focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Data Migration processes and methodologies, particularly in the context of HCM. This role is critical in ensuring the successful migration of data to Oracle Fusion applications, enhancing our clients' operational efficiency and data integrity.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute data migration projects for Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines. Analyze and map data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion, identifying data quality issues and implementing solutions. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and understand data migration needs. Develop and maintain data migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data. Provide training and support to end users on data migration tools and processes. Document data migration processes, including mapping documents, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications. Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion features and enhancements related to data migration.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Migration, specifically within the HCM module. Proven experience in data migration projects, including ETL processes and data mapping. Solid understanding of data quality principles and data governance. Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Oracle Cloud applications beyond HCM. Familiarity with data migration tools and technologies. Knowledge of data visualization tools and reporting. Experience in project management methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 5 years of relevant experience in data migration, specifically with Oracle Fusion HCM. Certifications in Oracle Fusion or related technologies are a plus.
