Salary: ₹18 – 24 LPA + Performance Bonuses
Key Responsibilities :
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver features.
• Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Participate in peer code reviews and share best practices.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies.
Required Skills
• Proficiency in any one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, C++).
• Basic understanding of Web Development (HTML, CSS, JS) or Backend (Node.js, Django, Spring Boot).
• Knowledge of Databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn.
Good to Have
• Hands-on with React / Angular / Vue for frontend.
• Basic knowledge of APIs / RESTful services.
• Internship or academic projects in software development
