Job Description
1.Product Code creation;
2.Stocking Purchase Order

4.Aged inventory Checking/movement

5.Vendor follow-up for supplies;
6.Vendor SO no up-dation on the
system;
7.Update ETA’s on system based on
latest shipping information and backlog reports from vendors;
8.On-costs up-dation and putting
Purchase orders in transit;
9.Ensuring correct vat tax code on
system so that sales tax is picked up correctly at the time of invoicing;
10.Constant interaction with
accounts to ensure timely payments to vendors;
11.Closure of all Purchase orders
related claims;
12.Stock Rotation and RTM on
vendor;
13.System hygiene in terms of aged
Purchase orders aged Purchase orders in transit;
14.Processing of Transportation
bills
