
Job Description
Associate CS Administrators are the first line of contact for Cloud
clients. They receive client issues via phone calls / emails and route them as
necessary. They react to system alerts and resolve or escalate as necessary.
They monitor jobs to ensure completion within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
and handle client communications for system events.
Educational Qualifications

2.Respond to client calls

4.Severity management
5.Reactive / Proactive Job
Monitoring / Control
6.Review and identify the alert
7.Follow Level 1 scripted workflows
8.Escalate to Level 2 as necessary
9.Client communications for system
events / job statuses
10.Work in a 24x7 environment
Requirements:
1.Good working knowledge of MS
Office
2.Ability to meet deadlines and
work well under pressure.
3.Ability to logically prioritize
tasks and schedule work accordingly.
4.Strong motivation to learn new
technologies
5.Excellent written and spoken
communication skills
