Job Description
Job Description: In general,
Software Quality Analysts monitor application releases through the software
development life cycle and perform testing analysis for continuous improvement
to reduce future operational costs of applications. Interact with cross-functional
teams to identify, prioritize, and help resolve QA/test related project and/or
process problems. Work with stakeholders to clarify and finalize production/
application requirements. Reviews plans, designs, specifications, and other
records and generates quality-related documentation. Evaluates software
development life cycle processes and methodology and works with stakeholders to
drive improvements in those areas. Inspects delivered components, identifies
and assures resolution of product defects, and performs verification and
validation testing. Is responsible for ensuring the readiness of the test
environment and tools required for testing and validating the software product.
Generates quality plans (including data quality) that identify pass/fail
criteria for acceptance as well as risks and gaps and outlines testing
priorities that are traceable to design and requirements. Helps monitor
implementation progress and health through various metrics and indicators.
Documents the test results to influence project release decisions
Educational Qualifications
:Bachelor's degree

1.Test Automation skills: Windows
Scripting & Development using C#
2.Microsoft Applications (MS
Exchange, Lync, SharePoint, and Active Directory)
3.Good understanding of Enterprise
Wireless Networking & VPN solutions
4.Strong interpersonal and
communication skills with the ability to make technical decisions with minimal
supervision
5.Excellent troubleshooting,
analytical and problem solving skills.
6.Strong hold on testing processes,
test automation and client performance testing.
7.Flexibility in attending meetings
during US business hours
8.Knowledge of any debugging
tools/client performance monitor tools etc. OS migration experience,
Certifications such as MCSE is a plus.
