Job Description :
1.Support and/or engage
technologies from providers such as Cisco and telco service providers
2.Review/provisioning activities
for PRI/PSTN/SIP circuits.
3.Implement & follow high level
designs for implementation/integration of Voice Product Standards Core
Telephony, Voice, and Contact Center. This includes Site Configurations &
understanding of Contact Center and Call Flow designs.
4.Adhere to defined implementation
and testing procedures.
5.Administration and support on all
Voice software and hardware.
6. Advanced trouble-shooting and
issue resolution skills on endpoints, gateways, site configurations, circuits,
IPC, VPN endpoints, call routing- internal, WAN, and cross-nodes
7.Hardware and software
installations, upgrades, capacity-adds.
8.Gateway and site builds for
remote offices
9.Implementation and testing of
production changes according to Detailed Design.
10.Assist in the creation of Run
Book and/or Implementation Guide for Operations.
11. Responsible for product
integration (QA) testing.
12.Follow and maintain
Implementation Guide and templates.
13.Capacity and Traffic
Engineering. Bandwidth, QoS and acceleration techniques. In respect to voice
traffic engineering, apply Erlang B and GOS methodologies.
Educational Qualification : Any
Graduate or post graduate
