Key Responsibilities :
1.Handling end to end recruitment
for Educomp Solutions Ltd & group entities across all levels.
2.Understanding the hiring requirements
of each business and designing the most appropriate sourcing strategy to meet
these requirements within the lead time.
3.Ensuring the talent pipeline is
arranged for present and future requirements.
4.Market mapping and establishing a
strong industry network by utilizing professional sites and various job boards.
5.Assign priorities to each
projects assigned, track progress of each open job position and also the target
deadlines for closure.
6.Regular follow ups with the
candidates and ensuring selected candidates are engaged till the final offer
closure.
7.Handle business requests through
responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation.
