
Role & Responsibilities:
1.Handling functional queries on
Amadeus relating to reservation, ticketing, PNR's etc.
2.Handling the Technical
Troubleshooting of calls related to Hardware and software problem of agencies.
3.Preparation of reports, offline
Troubleshooting & Liaison with the customers.
Educational Qualification : Any
Graduate
Experience : Freshers
Location : New Delhi/ Gurgaon/ Bangalore
Requirement :
1.Graduate/Post Graduate in travel.
2.Working knowledge of any GDS
(Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan etc.).
3.Excellent communication skills
and present ability.
4.0-4 year of experience. Fresher
