Key Responsibilities :
1.Resolve technology issues raised
by internal & external customers, in real-time.
2.Identify issues that are genuine
bugs/relevant feature requests & escalate these to the relevant technology/product
teams.
3.Understand data requests sent by
business teams & provide them with the right data & insights.
4.Interact with customers, field
teams & business teams to understand the actual problem/request.
