Job Description :
1.Support & Cooperate with the
relevant teams (Merchandising, Research and Development, Technicians and
Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Capacity Assurance, Material,
Sustainability, Shipping) to secure product development & the best deal
2.Support Merchandisers in ensuring
their main responsibilities, methods and routines are followed and executed in
an optimized way
3.Support the Production
Merchandiser from the time an order is received from the quotation team until
the order has been shipped
4.Keep track of suppliers’
production plan to ensure on-time delivery
5.Understand supplier capabilities
in terms of price, quality, capacity and lead time
6.With support of Research
&Developer/Production Product Developer, apply understanding of H&M
trends, customers and concepts to identify the right suppliers’ capabilities
and skills
7.Follow market trends
8.Support in developing and
securing the products/collections based on trends and demand from Buying Office
9.With support of Production
Product Developer, interpret trends in new materials & products with
suitable suppliers
10.Support in Conducting a risk
assessment of all samples at the development stage
Educational Qualification :
Graduate caliber, preferably with a fashion / textile related degree or diploma
Experience : Freshers or
Experienced
