
Job Description :
1.Provide client support and
technical issue resolution to IT requests via E-Mail, phone and other
electronic medium.
2.Obtain general understanding of
OS and application operations related to company offered services. Able to work
independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
3.Able to promptly answer support
related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
4.Self-motivated, detail-oriented
and organized.
5.Excellent communication (oral and
written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills

B.E/B.TECH ,MCA,M.E/M.TECH
