1.Candidate should have 1 to 3
years of experience in Technical Support
2.Experience in – SAN (Storage Area
Network) & NAS (Network Attached Storage) / Raid Knowledge
3.Customer service and technical
troubleshooting
4.Analyses and categorize cases
on symptom, cause and route cause Still open and closed
storage cases.
5.Analysis of Still open and closed
storage cases
6.Reports trending on the basis of
analyzed cases
7.Provides input to Engineering on
defects and areas which requires product enhancements
8.Analyzes cases, identifies
problem areas, and provides actionable insight to Development, Verification and
validation team
9.Knowledge of Storage SAN(Storage
Area Network) & NAS (Network
Attached Storage),
10.Understanding of Storage Domain
(Raid, Failover, Volumes )
11.Should have worked in Voice
Based process \ Support function (Technical) or Storage
12.Working knowledge of Back and
replication
