Primary responsibilities :
1.Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Helpdesk
2.Provide technical assistance and support for all incoming IT Helpdesk request and issues related to computer systems, application, services, software, and hardware either in person or remotely over the phone.
3.Follow up and ensure issue has been resolved.
4.Write training and instruction manual.  Document internal procedures.
5.Manage PC/Laptop setup and deployment for new employees with standard hardware, images and software.
6.Provide employee orientation and training.
7.Maintain daily performance and monitoring of computer systems.
8.Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
9.Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
10.Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
11.Computer hardware and Software installation.
12.Provide support on company email system, web/audio conferencing service and phone system.

Educational Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience ;  experienced
Location : Chandigarh

Job requirement :
1.Strong background in TCP/IP, IP networking knowledge, i.e. IP subnet, DNS, DHCP, FTP, SSH and etc.
2.Microsoft Active Directory experience and all Windows networking.
3.Microsoft Exchange / GMail, Microsoft Windows OS and Office Applications
4.Working with varies server and client hardware platform, i.e. DELL, Lenovo.
5.Web/Audio Conferencing, i.e. WebEx, Join.Me
6.Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects and issues
7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

Preferred requirement :
1.VMWare ESX/ESXi, vSphere, vCenter and VMware Server
2.Knowledge of Phone System, VoIP
3.Linux OS and basic services i.e. Apache/HTTPD, SSHD, SAMBA
