5.Involvement in Calibration
sessions as per requirement
6.Key Player in driving improvement
activities
7.Need to keep updated with recent
SOP changes & process requirements
8.Providing on the spot Feedback
9.Providing Feedbacks to Agents
based on performance as per process Requirement
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
