Requirements:
1.3 years of Peoplesoft Support
experience in Financials(FSCM) modules
2.Experience in PeopleSoft’s development tools like People
Code, App Designer, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces, Integration
Broker, and Query
3.Strong working knowledge of SQL
and PL/SQL
4.Proficient in Problem solving and
troubleshooting
5.Good written and verbal
communication skills
6.Commitment to superior customer
service and process improvement
7.Ability to work independently and
in groups both with local and remote customers and team members
8.Achieve agreed upon service level
performance metrics by effectively troubleshooting and resolving incidents and
communicate progress to customers in a timely manner
9.Experience in engaging Oracle
Support to research and resolve issues

1.Experience in supporting

the ability to effectively organize and communicate across functional and
technical lines are critical
4.Root cause analysis and complex
problem solving skills are important
5.Must have very strong analytical
skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical
specifications with an emphasis toward highly available and scalable global
solutions
