Job description :
1.Candidate should have 1 to 5
years of experience in Japanese Language
2.candidate should be open for
Night shift
3.Performs routine accounting
activities such as processing payments, creating billing invoices and
maintenance of the general ledger.
4.Maintaining accurate records of
all Accounts Payable transactions
5.Working with internal staff
(purchasers) and external vendors and suppliers to clarify differences and
reconcile conflicts for smooth payment run.
6.Receiving and processing payments
in accordance with established methods and procedures.
7.Maintaining accurate records of
all Accounts Receivable transactions. Working with customers to facilitate
payments and reconcile any differences or conflicts
8.Balances ledgers, reconciles accounts,
and prepares reports.
9.Follow ups with other operational
departments for clear book maintenance

graduate
