1.Responsible for all talent
acquisition activities in the region (Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, J&K,
Rajasthan and UP)- from sourcing to on-boarding
2.Manpower Planning & Budgeting
for all Titan businesses in the region - including sales, retail stores and
support functions
3.Manage and facilitate internal
mobility in the region
4.Manage all summer and project
trainees recruitment in the region
5.Ensuring adherence to process
guidelines and time/budget requirements
6.SPOC for driving employee
referrals in the region
7.Periodic store visits for a
defined geography
