a)INTERNAL BUSINESS PROCESSES
1.Loading of Promo's effectively in
the system.
2.Help identification of the gaps
after the benchmarking process.
3.Help in developing the category
once decided to be introduced.
4.Help NCM / managers on day to day
activity
b)LEARNING AND GROWTH
1. Follow up with suppliers on the
supplies / NRGP, etc.
2. Responsible for a class (though
takes decisions with category managers).
c)FINANCIAL
1.In putting the pricing strategy
of the products in the system.
2.Give the correct data to MIS
person on other income / off invoice income.
3.Follow up on promotional articles
to reach DC
