Job Description :
Financial Operations bring together
DB and DC Payments processing in a controlled environment. Disbursement team
receives payment information from upstream process like Ret Init, Ret Admin and
Calcs, verify all the details and disburse the payment to participant/beneficiary/Alternative
Payee. This is the final process under DB operation to initiate the payment to
participants after authentication. This team also acts as quality check before
the final retirement check cut for the DB product.
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Role Description :
1.Independent random audits and
samples of key process outputs re-performed to identify control and procedural
failures
2.Originally established to provide
actionable feedback on key processes to associates
3.Currently, the program also
serves as a control effectiveness measurement system and provides KPI and other
reporting results
4.Processes to audit are focused on
key processes primarily focused on SAS70/17ad-13 & 38a-1 controls
Candidate Description :
1.Basic MS-Office skills (i.e.
Excel, Outlook and Word)
2.Demonstrates technical
proficiency working with multiple systems and applications
3.Ability to follow through on
multiple project deliverables and escalate issues appropriately
