1.Coordinate, facilitate and make presentations Possesses an advanced knowledge of enterprise transformation concepts, practices, methods, principles and a comprehensive understanding of evolving industry trends, practices and standards

6.The candidate will be the primary owner to initiate the project, elaborate the details and support end to end implementation of different Oracle Retail Applications
7.Candidate will be majorly handling all the business requirements gathering and gap analysis for software design, planning, scripting and execution of Oracle Retail applications
8.Candidate is expected to own the requirements processes and work with key line-of-business executives and users to understand what they want from a new application
9.Candidate will be accountable from the beginning with scope definition, Interpreting business needs, translating technical issues, spell out project details and requirements and at the end, work with business users to validate the solution

Technical Requirements:
1.Implementation Experience on Retail Predictive Application Suite (RPAS) framework and at least few of its underlying applications like : Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP), Advanced Inventory Planning (AIP), Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF), Space Optimization (SO), Clearance Optimization (CO), and Item Planning/Assortment Planning, etc
2.Solid knowledge of Oracle Retail Suite and integrations
3.Should possess and demonstrate strong ability to apply principles to business problems
4.Ability to create solution design documentation for overall architecture

1.Should have experience in managing Client and Team
2.A good team player with Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and ability to articulate with people at all levels
