1.Enthusiastic, Motivated and pro-active individuals to our Network Operations Team

2.Shift work on 24x7 roster basis

3.Pro-active monitoring of the customers infrastructure

4.Taken ownership of tickets created within the stipulated SL

5.Follow up on tickets with the internal IT Team for resolution

6.Interact with customers on a daily basis via Phone, Email & Chat

7.Excellent comprehension skill & Interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification : any graduate

Experience : Freshers and experienced

Location : Chennai

Requirements:

1.Excellent communication skills;both verbal and written

2.Basic understanding on Infrastructure Monitoring tools Added advantage

3.Basic Linux CLI skills ( Client & Server OS)

4.Basic understanding on Windows OS ( Client & Server OS )

5.Basic understanding on Networking concepts

6.Should be available to operate in a 24/7 work environment
