2.Shift work on 24x7 roster basis
3.Pro-active monitoring of the
customers infrastructure
4.Taken ownership of tickets
created within the stipulated SL
5.Follow up on tickets with the
internal IT Team for resolution
6.Interact with customers on a
daily basis via Phone, Email & Chat
7.Excellent comprehension skill
& Interpersonal skills
