OHPC intends to recruit bright,
qualified and energetic professionals to be inducted as Graduate Engineer
Trainees (GETs) as follows for their placement at various units &
project sites.
Essential qualification :
Full time Degree in Electrical
Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering from recognized
University/Institution, approved by AICTE with a minimum of 60 % marks in
aggregate or AMIE in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 50 %
marks in aggregate
Training Stipend For Gets :
The GETs/ MTS shall be paid a
consolidated stipend of Rs.18,000/- per month plus medical allowance at a fixed rate
of Rs.200/- per month and an additional amount of Rs.1000/- per month shall be paid
to trainees if posted at Balimela and Mukhiguda as Remote Area Allowance.
Selection Procedure :
Eligible candidates will be called
for written test comprising multiple choice questions from (i) General Aptitude (fifty
questions) (ii) Subject Knowledge (one hundred questions) to be conducted at Bhubaneswar or
anywhere in the state of Odisha. General aptitude will comprise General Knowledge,
English, Current Affairs, Quantitative aptitude & Reasoning Test.
Candidates qualifying in the written test shall be called for the personal interview at
Bhubaneswar

online in OHPC website (www.ohpcltd.com). The Website
will be open from 22.02.2016 (10.00
AM) to 15.03.2016 (4.00 PM) . The candidates should click on the online
application link, read the instruction carefully and fill in the online application form giving
accurate information. Applications received through any other mode would not be
accepted and summarily rejected
The filled in application form
along with the enclosures as applicable shall be sent by ordinary post in an
envelope super scribing ‘application for the Post of graduate engineer trainee
(el)’ to Post Box No: 1, NIA Post Office. Balewadi, Pune,
Maharashtra- 411045 so as to reach on or before 31.03.2016
