Minimum essential qualification:
1.
Should possess three years Diploma in Civil Engineering (For
JECivil)/Electrical Engineering (For JE Electrical) of the State
Board of Technical Education or should possess equivalent Diploma in Civil Engineering (For
JECivil)/Electrical Engineering (For JE Electrical) from any other recognised institution.
2.The above qualification is basic
minimum qualification required for the post. However
candidates who have acquired
qualification of Degree in Civil Electrical Engineering, as the case may be, either through lateral
entry after Diploma or directly, are also eligible to apply for these posts. Punjabi of Matric
or its equivalent standard from any recognized Institution/Board
