Job Description:
1.Write clear, engaging, and data-informed
copy for proactive chat invitations and other user interface experiences
2.Work closely with UX designers,
the data science team, and other stake holders to understand a project and
balance all objectives with a strong
focus on the user.
3.In each project, research and
understand the nomenclature and brand voice in the client’s product or service
and use appropriate words and tones for the
target audience
