3.Knowledge of fiduciary
responsibilities (e.g. avoid risk and apply legal requirements dictated in
trust documents).
4.3 - 4 years experience in trust
administration, insurance, legal, accounting, or investment fields, with
knowledge of personal estate planning, fiduciary responsibility, insurance
arrangements preferred.
5.Detail Orientation – Function is
critical from impact perspective. Need eye for detail and there is zero
tolerance to oversight mistakes.
6.Strong Client Focus. Strong time
management and ability to coordinate with various teams to action items.
7.Analytical - Ready to analyze the
process flows and ideate on operational improvements.
8.Strong team player and must have
the capability to build good working relationships with cross
functional/geographical teams.
9.Communication (Spoken –
Assertiveness & Written) – Ability to communicate effectively and assist
Client Service Specialists / Front Office Groups / Middle Office Groups with
queries/investigations.
10.Adaptability - Ability to
perform in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective
prioritization
11.Control orientated and Risk

Key Performance :
1.Liaise with insurance carriers to
collate policy related information
2.Ensure timely payment of
insurance premium
3.Perform policy reviews held in
ILIT based on predetermined procedure
4.Act as point of contact for one
or more onshore Trust Administrators
5.Act as an SME and resolve queries
of other members of the team
6.Impart process training to new
hires in the team
