7.Testing risk mitigation by
devising plans and timely escalations
8.Report progress on team tasks on
a regular basis
Educational Qualification : Any
Graduate
Experience : 3 -5 years

Experience and Qualifications :
1.3 -5 years of IT Industry
experience
2.At least 2 years of software
testing experience
3.At least 1 year of team leading
experience
4.Bachelors degree or Higher
Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science
5.Overall knowledge of different
test types is mandatory
6.Ability to develop test strategy,
design, plan and reports
7.Experience in specialized testing
such as test automation, performance, testing, etc, is preferable
8.Understanding industry trends in
test tools, technology and processes
