
JOB DESCRIPTION: Communication
Coach The Communication Coach is responsible for the soft skill and language
review of inbound and/or outbound telephone, chat and email inquiries of
Service Desk representatives to ensure right information is provided
professionally, courteously and consistently in terms of Soft Skill and
Communication. Also, audits phone conversations for compliance with corporate
policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducts quality (soft skill & Language) review of
telephone representatives' performance within functionally specific units to
ensure quality service goals and standards are met and/or identify areas where
improvement can be achieved.
1.Act as a Communication coach
Conduct call Barge in & call monitoring. Provide Feedback on quality of
call to analysyts Conduct training sessions on V&A Prepare management &
Customer reports & provide stack ranking
Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor of Arts
Location : Hyderabad
Experience : 1-3 Years
