Job Description:
We are seeking a Cisco UCCE
Engineer who will be responsible for deployment and maintenance of globally
deployed Cisco UCCE Call Center applications, including ICM, CVP, and Call
Manager. Requires good understanding of ICM and CVP call routing.

Duties and responsibilities:
1.Configure and maintain Cisco’s
Unified Contact Center Enterprise and all related telephony infrastructure.
2.Create, implement, and support
ICM call routing scripts and required reports
3.Create, implement, and support
CVP call routing scripts and required reports
4.Trouble shoot ICM and CVP routing
scripts
5.Support Cisco Agent Desktop,
Cisco Supervisor Desktop clients, and CTIOS clients
6.Administer and troubleshoot
Unified Call Manager, ICM Call Center systems, IVR, CVP, and supporting
infrastructure, including CTI integration to switching platforms, dialers, call
recorders and desk top platforms.
7.Work with business analysis to
design, implement, and test ICM and CVP call flows to meet the business
requirements
8.Maintain documentation of the
environment and operational procedures.
9.Experience in administration and
support call center solutions within large, highly complex 10.organization (ICM
administration, ICM Peripheral Gateways, VXML gateways)
11.Knowledge in CVP VXML scripting
and call control
12.Intermediate Level Microsoft SQL
Server skills (SQL Query)
13.Intermediate level Core Java or
J2EE knowledge
Knowledge in administration of
basic call handlers and attendant console.
