 Job Description : 
1.Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager (ISM) in identifying target market, target accounts and services to be covered in the business development (lead generation) activity
2.Segment and Account level research and map the account, identify potential buyers, identify key needs and positioning of ALTEN Calsoft Labs Services.
3.Develop email and calling campaign strategy and plan jointly with the ISM/field sales executive
4.Cold call prospective leads
5.Follow up on warm leads
6.Independently handle first level of conversation on chosen services
7.Convert hot leads into face to face or telephonic meetings
8.Lead qualification and hand over
.9Build a lead pipeline

Educational Qualification : Any graduate
Experience : Freshers and experienced
location : Bengaluru

Additional Skill Sets :
1.Domain familiarity and Consultative sales focus
2.Selling offshore based IT services and solutions
3.Must be technically savvy (fair understanding of IT industry, typical services, client expectations, how deals are structured)
4.General understanding of the market – customers & competitors
5.This Position is for Inside Sales Team based in Bannerghatta/Dairy Circle Office, Bangalore.
6.Experience in any one or more like – Networking & Embedded, ISV and Enterprise IT will be an added advantage
7.Experience in calling into Retail, Manufacturing, Travel and Hospitality, Media and Communication with be required.
8.Contact database management – contact qualification, classification, communication and updates (using CRM toolParticipate (with field sales) in nurturing leads to generate further sales opportunities
9.Work with the field sales team in handling opportunities – through presentations, response to RFI / RFPs until the deal closure stage
10.Work on marketing programs (email / calling campaigns) to increase awareness of ALTEN Calsoft Labs with prospects and clients
11.Market research and analysis of potential geo / industry market segments
12.Work along for campaigns to draw potential attendees for sales conferences / events / seminars where ALTEN Calsoft Labs has a presence
