1.Deliver portions of
project/release as the Senior tester /Test analyst and work closely with Test
manager
2.Identify and proactively
communicate technical issues associated with portions of the project. Execute
technical portions of a risk mitigation plan
3.Provide and quantify alternative
designs to solve technical issues (as related to assigned portion of project)
as they arise
4.Estimate time/resource costs for
the technical delivery of assigned portion of the project with some supervision
5.Resolve conflicts between
individual team members effectively
6.Demonstrate ability to pursue
assigned sections of a project plan. Deliver assignments, delegates tasks, and
motivates team
7.Handle people management
activities to organisation expectation
Educational Qualifcation : B.Tech /
M.B.A
Experience : experienced
Location : Bangalore
Qualification & Performance:
1.Has minimum 3 years’ experience
in software quality assurance
2.Experience in PSS testing in
Amadeus implementation especially in ticketing, DCS and reservation systems
3.Has ability to mentor a team
consisting of 5 or more individuals
4.Has participated in/delivered at
the Senior Tester level one each of: Test planning Automation Execution and
Analysis
5.Has provided technical leadership
to test design and execution of feature set. Has designed/ implemented
automation framework or scripts
6.Has participated in test plan
reviews, defect validation and productivity metrics development
