Job Summary:
1.Prompt customer service to Paying
& Free Customers (with unheard of SLAs)
2.Getting Prompt feedback from the
customers and given them smooth services
3.Resolving issues raised by Free
or existing customers regarding services offered by IndiaMART, at all levels
4.Acting as a client consultant
& recommending suitable solutions
5.Ensuring client satisfaction at
all levels and providing inputs that will help enhance return on investment for
our new found clients.
6.Identifying prospect customers or
Low Hanging fruits, from assigned database (Primarily Big Brands/Big Sellers)
7.Prospecting and lead development
with new and potential clients.
8.Prepare the report on the
daily/weekly and monthly basis.
9.Up-gradation of Free Customers to
Paying Customers, LeadGEN
