Responsibilities :
1.Work closely with the sales
organization and provide engineering support including:
2.providing technical advice on
communications solutions and products
3.providing technical consultative
advice to customers and distributors
4.developing professional quality
engineering responses for proposals and tenders
5.performing RF coverage
simulation, system dimensioning, link budget and traffic analysis
6.Responsible for the system design,
planning and engineering of Wireless Radio communications system infrastructure
solutions for state wide, local, commercial and public safety markets. These
solutions include the VHF, UHF and 800MHz based advanced two-way radio
communication systems, trunking radio systems, digital radio communication
solutions (APCO, TETRA), Communications Control Centers, Wireless Mobile Data
Systems, Wireless Broadband and Customized Computer Aided Dispatching Systems.
7.Work closely with Product &
Sales Enablement teams and Provide technical advice to Sales and Project teams
for existing systems and/or product updates and expansion.
8.Responsible for managing Demo
Showcase Centre as well as leading Customer Demos as part of tenders/RFP. The
responsibilities will include demo eqpmt. commissioning/setup, coordinating
with logistics & distributor teams and planning & executing the demo as
per tender/RFP requirements in discussion with Sales.
Educational Qualification : Degree
in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent
Experience : experienced

Specific Skills :
1.Degree in Electronics or
Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
2.Strong coordination,
organization, teaming and communication abilities
3.Good interpersonal and customer
presentation skills.
4.5-6 years experience in a
relevant field of wireless communications involving presales engineering for
solution design, working on RFQ/RFP responses and RF engineering experience in
the areas of design and planning radio communications.
5.Good hands-on experience for
system design and RF planning (at least one RF planning tool experience).
6.Possesses good project management
skill set.
7.Ability to work independently on
assigned projects.
8.Willing to travel within the
region on a regular basis
