Main Tasks:
1.To develop action plan for
development of construction chemicals sales through distribution channels for
mid-size end-customers in the region.
2.To identify the need of
distributors at various locations by regular study of the market environment –
on-going projects, demand and current distribution coverage.
3.To locate, appoint and train new
distributors as per action plans.
4.To develop construction chemicals
sales through distribution channel by providing in-field sales/service support
to various distributors and distributor’s key customers.
5.To promote BASF brand to
influencers in the market through regular external communications (direct
mail-shots, exhibitions, seminars, one-to-one meetings)
6.To organize sales/product
training for distributors and end-customers by coordination with central
marketing, technical community.
