Job Description:
The responsibilities of this
position includes following up with delinquent B2B clients through collection
calls and emails in a fast paced goal oriented collections department. The
incumbent shall be required to provide customer service regarding collection
issues, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies
and short payments, recommendation for write off, customer account
reconciliation reports and assist US & India Team in Negotiations with
these clients. Must communicate & follow up effectively with sales
department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis and help resolve
billing related queries received from internal parties and clients through
emails and phone calls.
Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (Preferably
Commerce)
Experience : Freshers

2.Must be proficient in MS Excel
and MS Word
3.Should have strong oral and
written English communication skills
