Duties and responsibilities:
1.Act as point-of-contact for
enterprise customers of McAfee Inc.
2.Handle real-time voice-calls and
chats with technical queries
3.Handle email queries and respond
in a timely-manner
4.Provide end to end support to
customers
5.Attempt to provide resolutions on
the first interaction with customers
6.Handle multiple cases at the same
time with varying degrees of severity
7.Work in a team with assorted
expertise
8.Update customers on progress of
their cases on a regular-basis
9.Leverage team members' expertise
to deliver resolutions to customers in a timely-manner
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor's Degree in any stream
Experience : Experienced
Location : Bangalore
EXPERIENCE:
1.4-6 years' experience with a
Technical Support Center
2.Managing customers from regions
such as NA, UK , APAC, ANZ - All or any one of the regions
3.Exposure of working night shifts
4.Assisted overseas customers on
phone queues
5.Exposure to severity based models
would be preferable
6.Exposure to Enterprise / Corporate
customers preferable
