your Responsibilities :
1.Installation, upgrades, patches,
configuration, administration and support of Jive SBS
2.Perform code migrations
throughout the application environments, as requested by application team
3.Partnering with Linux system
administrators, SQL database administrators, network engineers, and other
counterparts to manage the overall health of the entire Jive stack
4.Performance monitoring and tuning
5.Monitoring uptime and responding
to alerts through troubleshooting, triage and escalation
6.Documenting system configuration,
installation, incident reports and resolution
7.Performing system and application
administration
8.Provide after-hours operation
support for S1 severity incidents
9.Work independently with internal
application development team and/or vendors to resolve application
infrastructure related issues
10.Participate in full lifecycle
projects related to Jive implementations
11.Manage application deployments,
including plugins, widgets, and themes, adhering to the necessary change
control policies
12.Backup and recovery and managing
system-wide settings
13.Supporting space administrators
of Jive systems in permissions, governance, and guidance to Community Managers
etc.
Educational Qualification :
Technical degree
Experience : Experienced

Qualifications :
1.Minimum 1-2 years of experience
in Administration of Jive applications
2.Minimum 1-2 years of experience
managing and troubleshooting internet-facing Java-based web applications,
including Tomcat servlet containers
3.Minimum 1-2 years of experience
managing and troubleshooting internet-facing Unix environments, including
common protocols/standards and servers (RedHat Enterprise Linux, TCP/IP, DNS,
HTTP, SMTP, Apache)
4.Ability to assess and optimize
Jive performance
5.Experience deploying upgrades and
patches in a Jive environment
6.Experience working in a
high-availability environment, providing 24x7 service
7.Experience with various
monitoring tools, including SiteScope, Nagios or similar tools
8.Experience with Jive backup and
disaster recovery strategies and procedures
9.Excellent analytical and
troubleshooting skills
10.Excellent English communication
skills, both verbal and written
11.Experience and knowledge of
software development lifecycles
12.Demonstrated ability to work and
communicate effectively with peers and management, including interacting with a
globally dispersed team
