Position Summary :
1.Member of the J&J’s Global
FP&A Technology Center of Excellence (CoE) with primary responsibility to
provide technical / operational support for the J&J FP&A Global
Reference Model (GRM) TM1 applications.
2.Assists in support / maintenance
of all TM1 applications, data & reports and processes within the Planning
system deployment
3.Works closely with Business
Support COE to provide Level 2 support in accordance with SLAs
4.Assists in developing new TM1 GRM
models or enhancement to existing TM1 GRM models under supervision and
direction of Analytics COE Lead for different regions and/or sectors as
necessary

Responsibilities :
1.Supporting business in day-to-day
activities of running FP&A applications including but not limited to master
data / fact data loads, master/fact data exports to FDW, high level data
validation checks, performance monitoring of applications etc
2.Liaises with Business Support COE
to provide Level 2 Support in accordance with SLAs. Activities include (but not
limited to) monitoring master/fact load failures/kick outs, monitoring server
errors, liaising with ITS team for application / infrastructure related issues,
works closely with ITS team and performs activities including (but not limited
to) monitoring server performance, software upgrades, disaster recovery,
promotion of changes across environments (Development / QA/ Production) etc
3.Writes / modifies as needed TI
processes to update Master data / Fact data loads, ensures all Master/Fact data
related SQLs are up-to-date, liaises with Data management team in getting
correct SQLs and updating Global variables cube as needed, assists in
developing new TM1 GRM models or enhancements to existing GRM models under
supervision and direction of Analytics COE lead for different regions and/or
sectors as necessary
4.Writes / modifies as needed TI
processes to update Master data / Fact data loads, ensures all Master/Fact data
related SQLs are up-to-date, liaises with Data management team in getting
correct SQLs and updating Global variables cube as needed, assists in
developing new TM1 GRM models or enhancements to existing GRM models under
supervision and direction of Analytics COE lead for different regions and/or
sectors as necessary
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities :
1.Cognos Suite of Tools (BI, TM1
CAFÉ, Cognos Insight, Workspace, etc)
2.SQL, VBA, Java or similar
programming languages
3.Functional finance i.e.
planning/budgeting and reporting as well as strong systems understanding is a
plus
4.Experience as part of financial
systems project team or COE is a plus
