Job Description :
1.Process PNR's, make outbound
calls to passengers to advise schedule changes, wait list confirmations,
address verification, flight re scheduling and re booking notifications etc
2.To make outbound calls to the
passengers during the calling window hours of the geographical location and
also process back office work during non calling hours.
3.Complete PNR's within specified
turn around time with 100% Quality.
Educational Qualification : Any
graduate and postgraduate (not b.tech)
Experience : Experienced
