Job Description :
1.Undergraduate / Graduates / Post
Graduates in any discipline are eligible.
2.6+ months experience in Semi
Voice Process.
3.Experience working in a B2C
environment preferred.
4.Excellent Spoken and Written
English skills.
5.Willing to work in night shifts.
6.Familiar with basic internet
technologies (web, email, IM), software (browsers, common plug-ins, common web
sites), and terminology.
7.Ability to learn, retain, and
apply large amounts of product, procedure, policy and system information.
