Organizational Responsibilities:
1.Team member role reports directly to Regional Shift Supervisor.
2.Ensures compliance with the standards and security requirements set forth by the Bank 3.and the guidelines authorized by the ISO Management team.
4.Participates in DB organizational events such as Town Halls and Team Meetings.
5.Participates in and/or leads on-boarding and training of new starters in ISO.

Core Functions:
1.Provide first level quality support via the group hotline and ticketing systems for Windows Operations globally
2.Acts as point of escalation for the ISO Service Desk.
3.Proactively manages incident queues and conducts evaluation/triage for all incoming tickets before resolving, closing or re-assigning to the appropriate individual.
4.Resolves and/or closes incident tickets by following the DB Knowledge Base process, links resolution plans to KB articles, documenting all issues and steps taken to resolve.
5.Personally contributes to ongoing development and updates the KB repository.
6.Provides GCM (Global Change Management) coordination by creating, resourcing, securing approvals for, and ensuring timely execution of planned changes within DB Change Management policy.
7.Provides proactive ticketing workflow and queue management to identify, flag, and drive positive remediation of tasks not being executed within documented expectations.
8.Maintains timely and high-quality status updates in all DB workflow systems, per KOP / SOP.
9.Delivers workloads according to defined SLA targets. Escalates promptly where a risk of increased incident severity or failure to meet SLAs exists.
10.Assists vendors with implementation of new servers, including bank-standard build and QA processes.
11.Interfaces proactively with other Infrastructure support teams such as UNIX, Database, Network, IT Facilities, Backup, Storage, Monitoring, Security etc. and uses all forms of communication to ensure effective and timely response.
12.Maintains status updates for active workflow tickets to ensure clients are aware of actions in progress or planned. Updates overall results as tasks are
completed and issues resolved.
13.Operates proficiently as a subject matter expert in the DB tool and process landscape.
