Key Responsibilities:
1.Manages renewals process for a
defined territory of small to mid-sized customers;
2.Ensure timely renewals for
assigned accounts.
3.Provides management with
performance feedback;
4.First-line management contact for
customer escalations;
5.Serves as a resource to other
organizations for process and policy questions
6.Assists in key indicator
reporting and trend analysis.
7.Educates customers on e-business
practices and any associated contractual implications;
8.Ensures customer awareness and
understanding of the applicable elements of the Support portfolio;
9.Responsible for meeting
productivity requirements on outbound calls for renewals;
10.Manages exceptions for customers
with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals;
11.Understands the business use of
Replicon products, services and future directions
12.Demonstrated proficiency with
e-mail, computers, Word, Excel and Internet
13.Knowledge of Replicon
applications a plus
14.Good English proficiency, other
European Languages is a plus.
