Key Responsibilities:
1.Apply corporate and India
security systems strategy and be accountable for implementing that strategy
2.Apply corporate and India
standards and meet the requirements of external certifications (e.g., ISO27001,
ISO18001)
3.Partner with Accenture Corporate
Access & Monitoring team to ensure alignment between local projects and the
corporate strategy
4.Partner with Accenture businesses
to ensure client expectations are met and proper evidence of compliance is
maintained
5.Adhere to Accenture’s security
systems Design Standards, risk management and mitigation, service level
requirements and guidelines, and sourcing strategy
6.Completely manage vendor
relationships to help ensure Accenture’s risk related to security systems is
minimized through qualified integrators, rigorous SLAs and proper escalation
procedures • Act as Project
Manager for India security systems projects – directing all phases including
system requirements, build/test and deployment
7.Provide project guidance and
support to operations team assigned to the project in order to deliver the work
successfully
8.Management level knowledge of
access and monitoring systems and hardware – focusing on products required as a
part of Accenture corporate standards
9.Support and influence local
leadership to help ensure alignment with corporate standards
10.Identify and implement
continuous process enhancements, including business requirements for technology
11.Communicate strategy and project
management standards to the team, clients and external vendors
12.Ensure business continuity for
security systems architecture is maintained and exercised
13.Respond to global audits and
assessments as well as conduct local auditing and compliance as appropriate per
client requirements and vendor performance
14.Resolve escalated issues
appropriately, mitigates risks and manage customer and vendor relationships
15.Collaborate in the development
of the Performance Measurement reports, identify areas for improvement and
action plans
Educational Qualification : B.tech
Electronics/ communications or equivalent
Experience : 10 plus years in
security systems
