General Responsibilities:
1.Make analysis on the region’s
performance concerning all aspects in the Order to Cash Chain and present to
the management, measures to improve the current status and plan for the future.
2.Provide data and analysis to help
management take decisions on location of CFA’s, territory coverage,
identification and implementation of cost reduction measures etc.
3.Coordinate with several cross
functional teams for a smooth flow in the Order to Cash process
4.Planning, budgeting and variance
analysis of selling/ transportation and stock & shipping expenses.
5.Sales Accounting and all control
account reconciliation’s.
6.Receivable/Payable/ Inventory
Management.
7.Coordination with Accenture for
smooth transaction processing activities.
8.Transportation costs &
service level management.
9.Sales tax management for the
region for all sectors.
10.Handling all financial transactions
on ERP.
11.Distributor claims management.
12.Cash Management.
13.Selling & Brand expense
budgeting and control.
14.Control & accountability of
5 CFA’s in coordination with CLS team.
15.Customer database management of
approximately 300 Direct Customers.- Due diligence and HCC compliance
16.Question status quo and all
seeks areas of improvement in work and process
17.Analysis on stock returns and
minimizing the same.
18.Handling all audits – SOX,
statutory and internal
19.Benchmarking with Industry
20.Closely work with CD team –
frequent market visits , support growth Middle India area, enhance retailer
engagement etc.

Educational Qualification : CA
Experience : 2 – 3 years

Purpose of the position:
To effectively support and do
