Position Responsibilities:
1.Working with the customers for
their technical/application issues
2.Complete internal projects for
getting data entitlements correctly in the system.
3.Excellent written and verbal
communication skills is required.
4.bility to work independently and
also with the team to handle client queries and internal projects
5.Ready to work in shifts UK and US
times (as required).Position Requirements
5.Understanding of UNIX and Windows
commands.
6.Experience in Customer support
and its processes.
7.Good understanding of Tomcat and
Java.
8.Understanding and experience of
RDBM systems ideally MySQL
9.Programming skills in core JAVA
or C# & basic C language
10.Demonstrable experience of
Hands-on troubleshooting skills.
11.Understanding of XML Schema and
XML
12.Practical knowledge of Microsoft
Office products, particularly Excel Additional Notes (if applicable)
13.Desirable - Experience in FAME
technology
Educational Qualification :
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
